Album Options

We do not insist you take any of our Albums, every wedding is suppled with all photographs taken so you can arrange for your own album. Have a look at our album range that can be used for any coverage option

On your day this is what you can expect from your chosen coverage:

Bridal Preparations

Why not start your photography coverage  earlier, i.e. at the brides home, hotel room etc. We can capture those casual, fun shots of the bride getting ready, detail shots of the dress, shoes, etc. Also, time permitting, some formal portraits of the bride and her family.

Before the Ceremony

We will arrive at your ceremony location an hour before the ceremony is due to begin. During this time we will capture:-

  • Photographs of guests arriving
  • Photographs of the groom and best man arriving
  • Photographs of bride and bridesmaids arriving
  • Some formal portraits of the groom and his family (time permitting)

The Ceremony

Where permitted these are some of the photograph possibilities:-

  • Ushers working
  • Parents being seated
  • Groom and best man at altar
  • Flower girls coming down the aisle
  • Groom’s first glance of future wife
  • Bride and father coming down the aisle
  • Guests reading at wedding
  • Exchange of vows
  • Exchange of rings
  • First kiss
  • Wedding couple signing the Register (if permitted, once again find out if this part can be photographed)
  • Wedding couple inside wedding ceremony venue (if permitted).
  • Wedding couple leaving the ceremony venue with people throwing confetti (please check to ensure confetti is allowed, remind guests to bring some)
  • Posed photographs of wedding couple

Photographs of wedding ceremony if photography is permitted. Please find out from your venue so that we can act appropriately.

After the Wedding

This is the only opportunity for photographs of the bridal party at the wedding ceremony location if moving to a different venue for the reception. If weather permits an outside group photograph of your bridal party and wedding guests will be included before photographs of the bride and groom leaving in wedding car.

At your Wedding Reception

We will endeavour to take all photographs outside but if the weather is inclement we will set up a portable studio (space permitting). These are some of the photograph possibilities:-

  • Complete wedding party
  • Bride and groom
  • Bride only
  • Groom only
  • Bride's maids group
  • Bride's maid individual
  • Group groom's men
  • Groom’s men individual
  • Groom with bridesmaid
  • Bride with groom's men
  • Groom with parents
  • Bride with parents
  • Bride and groom with groom's parents
  • Bride and groom with bride's parents
  • Family portrait-groom's side
  • Family portrait-bride's side
  • Bride with siblings
  • Groom with siblings
  • Bride and groom with bride's grandparents
  • Bride and groom with groom's grandparents
  • All sisters from each side
  • All brothers from each side

The bride and groom will then go with the photographer to capture photographs using fun, romantic, reportage and artistic styles, away from the main wedding party concluding with posed photographs of 'mock' cutting the cake finishing around 4pm. During this time your guests can retire to the bar.

At the wedding breakfast

This is a guide to photograph opportunities at the wedding breakfast:

  • Bride and groom at the welcoming line
  • Bride and groom being piped in by piper or being announced into wedding breakfast by toastmaster
  • Cake cutting (this is not set in stone and can be organised for after wedding breakfast or at evening reception)
  • First bites of cake, bride and groom feeding each other!! (if cake is to be cut)
  • Top table - obviously the people sitting at it!
  • General organised chaos
  • Speeches of father of the bride, groom and best man
  • Emotional moments of guests and wedding party
  • Champagne toasting glasses

You can request photographs of the venue, table decorations etc

We would request that you ask the wedding venue to provide the photographer with a light meal

At the evening reception

Before the first dance we will mingle with the guests, taking candid or posed photographs of your evening guests. Photographs of the first dance concludes our coverage around 9pm.

If the bride and groom request the portable studio can be set up for portraits of the bride and groom with their wedding guests.
